Germain Mechanical & Electrical Ltd. was founded in early 1953 by owner and manager Roy V. Germain. The company was incorporated in March 1976.

In the past twenty two years, we have been involved in most of the major construction projects in South Western Nova Scotia. Included have been the Western Nova Scotia Health complex, many new school projects including renovations, and projects ranging up to $4 million for mechanical and electrical services. We have also been involved in many fishery related projects (such as processing facilities, modernizations, and reduction facilities) and have had several years’ involvement in special projects and maintenance at the Rio Algom East Kemptville tin mine.
